(he had two slices haha) Everyone at dinner really liked it. For me personally, I think I would have made it a little more sweet and orange-y (although I normally don't like very sweet things), but I forgot about the oranges and simmered them for three hours on accident, so maybe the flavor would have been stronger if I hadn't forgotten. It was a little egg-y in flavor too. But it looked beautiful and was very moist. And it is universally palatable, and many people would have no clue it's gluten free unless you told them.
